From savory chicken to a mouth-watering pork shank, Eats on 8th offers a unique farm-to-table dining experience that focuses on the flavor.  We are proud to offer lunch and dinner menus that are always growing and changing based on the fresh produce we receive from farmers and vendor right here in the hill country. Please come visit us for Brunch on Saturdays and Sundays or Happy Hour everyday from 3pm - 7pm.

Eggs Benedict $14
Homemade biscuit split and topped with seared pork belly, poached farm eggs, and chipotle hollandaise. Served with our breakfast potatoes. 

Eggs Florentine $14
Homemade biscuit split and topped with flash fried kale, sliced tomato, poached farm eggs, and chipotle hollandaise. Naturally we serve it with our hand cut breakfast potatoes. 

French Toast $10
Black cherries and white chocolate definitely separate our version from your classic French toasts of the past. 

Biscuits and Gravy $10
2 homemade biscuits topped with pork belly, and our green chile gravy. We garnish that with our homemade pork cracklins. Yum!

Chorizo & Hash $12
We find that simple is better at Eats. We combine our savory chorizo with breakfast potatoes and then top them off with 2 poached farm eggs. What's not to love?

Chicken Fried Steak $14
Mouth watering breaded ribeye served with Yukon gold mashed potatoes, zucchini noodles, and topped with our green chile gravy. 

Fried Chicken Thighs $13
Best fried chicken this side of the Mississippi! 2 fried thighs covered in our green chile gravy. We serve them with Yukon gold mashed potatoes and zucchini noodles.

Grilled Trout $16
Ruby red trout filet grilled and served with a white wine sauce and quinoa salad with heirloom tomatoes and sauteed kale. 

Egg Sandwich $14
Buttered Texas toast topped with spicy mayo, mixed greens, sliced tomatoes, avocado, and farm eggs over medium. Maybe you'd like to add some chorizo? We serve that with a side of our 8th Street slaw.

Half Reuben & Soup $12
Best Reuben you've had in years! Old world style marbled rye, aged swiss, sauerkraut, spicy mayo and thin-sliced corned beef. Not to mention a cup of our famous gumbo or chef's soup of the day.

Pork Belly Sandwich $14
Served open faced and topped with sliced pork belly, spicy mayo, crisp greens, tomato, and a sunny side up farm egg. Served with our 8th Street slaw. 

Pat's Burger $12
A half pound patty cooked to order on a sesame seed bun topped with lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, and even cheese if you like. Maybe you'd like some avocado or bacon? Served with either fries or our 8th Street slaw. 

Soup & Salad $10
Your choice of half sized 8th Street salad or crisp wedge along with a cup of gumbo or chef's soup of the day.
